A E Gel Stamp (pre-inked stamp) uses U. S. Gel System Production Technology. This High-Technology Production System can produce a stamp with a crystal clear imprint and dries almost instantly on glossy paper with waterproof printout ink. No ink pad is needed as gel ink is molded into the stamp impression.
